Client Background

A global manufacturing company has seen significant growth for their manufacturing processes and started the process transformation from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4 HANA.
However, they have an audit requirement to preserve the data for 10+ years. The existing EBS platform was out of life.
Migration, therefore, has become an important lever to achieve the audit requirements.
AWC embarked on a 5-month effort to provide competency and technological edge to migrate their existing code & data sets from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10
Solution Approach

Set up a cross-functional team and migration receipe :
