Client Overview

Ecom Express Limited is a leading end-to-end technology enabled logistics solutions provider to the Indian e-commerce industry. Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, Ecom Express was incorporated in 2012 by T. A. Krishnan, Manju Dhawan, K. Satyanarayana and Late. Sanjeev Saxena with their 100+ years of cumulative experience in the Indian logistics and distribution industry.

Problem Statement:

Ecom want to extract header level data from vendor invoices and define the templates for different types of invoices. Integration of iBPS with Oracle is for exchange of data between the two systems. Also, integration of OmniDocs with Oracle for viewing and uploading of documents from Oracle UI by the users directly into OmniDocs.

Solution
Extraction of header level data such as invoice no, invoice date, Vendor GSTN, PAN number etc. from the vendor invoices via Omni Extract. Identify the types of invoices (Exp: Water, Electricity, Rent & Employee reimbursement etc.) at iBPS level. We provide the necessary Web Service/Web-API which needs to be incorporated within Oracle by the eCom for integration of OmniDocs and iBPS.
