The problem statement

"As businesses evolve and expand, their operational processes need to keep pace to remain efficient and effective. Unfortunately, Accolite Digital was experiencing a breakdown in its workflows due to gaps in its business systems, resulting in delays and inefficiencies across departments. Seeking to address this problem, the company turned to AWC for help in optimizing their operations and bridging those gaps."

Accolite Digital had all the tools they needed to run their business operations - Oracle Fusion for different departments, and Salesforce for CRM. But despite having all the right pieces, the puzzle wasn't quite coming together. Gaps in the system created friction between departments, making it difficult to keep their processes running smoothly. That's when they turned to a team of experts who could help them enhance and manage their systems with seamless efficiency.


AWC's Managed Services

Accolite Digital business operations were running on Oracle ERP, but the modules they used for finance and HR were causing issues due to gaps in the system.

AWC implemented a multi-country legal entities system on Oracle Fusion and worked on change requests for smaller and larger projects to deliver tailored solutions to meet Accolite's evolving business needs. With specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place, AWC ensured that Accolite's systems were always up-to-date and functioning as they should be.

One of the biggest challenges Accolite faced was integrating its HR processes with its finance and CRM systems. AWC tackled this head-on by automating the integration of employee data from Darwinbox to Oracle Fusion using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). They also implemented several modules for Accolite's legal entities in the US, UK, Canada, and India, including Finance, Project Management, Oracle Time and Labour, and Procurement.

Alerts and notification systems were created for Accolite's team and managers, streamlining the timesheet process and ensuring that everyone was always on the same page. Finally, they customized reports for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices for multiple regions, taking into account specific taxation requirements for each region.
