Praveen Maheshwari is the Founder and CEO of AWC Software. Praveen focuses on the strategy and direction to the company and he also works directly with customers throughout the sales and implementation process. His passion for people, processes and technology led him in to starting this entrepreneurial venture in 2006-07 with the 2 people on board and taking the journey of implementation and support services on Oracle E-Business Suite and diversified business to various technology services (such as Oracle fusion middleware, SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, Testing, Mobility and custom app development using ASP.NET/J2EE). He himself comes from the background of E-Business Suite implementation and support for companies like CAP Gemini, Polaris and CSC. He has carried that legacy of hands on experience in building AWC Software and taking to 300+ employee?s organization. He has been instrumental in creating an organization that invests on their employees and ensures that employees have necessary skills and experience before they are exposed to customer projects. His vision is to build an organization which has simplified processes and provides platform to grow and sustain within the organization for longer years which in turn ensures the customer centricity and trust to support their install base for years.

Praveen is a B Tech (Mechanical) from N.I.T., Kurukshetra in 1999 and is married with 2 wonderful children. He loves spending time with family and enjoys playing sports with children. Also, he ensures to spend time on social activities like development of green area around office premises and helping NGO?s for girl education.
