Praveen Maheshwari

Managing Director and CEO

Praveen is a B. Tech. from N.I.T. Kurukshetra and has been a techie in Oracle ERP since then. His passion for technology led him to start AWC as his entrepreneurial venture in 2006 taking the journey of providing services on Oracle E-Business Suite to various enterprises. Previously he worked for companies like Capgemini, Polaris and CSC. Under his leadership company has grown multi fold by providing IT services to various enterprises, ISVs and Digital companies

Aditya Suri

Director - Sales

Aditya is a master’s in science from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and has been a Sales driver for Products and IT Services. He has more than 12 years of experience in driving growth, and managing sales professionals. With a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share, Aditya is an expert in identifying market trends and customer needs. He believes in building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. Highly skilled in sales forecasting and budgeting, and uses data insights to inform strategic decision-making. Aditya has worked in organizations like Lenovo, Acuvate, Comparex, and Arvato Bertelsmann.

Anil Kumar

Finance Head

Anil is a competent professional with around total 25 years of experience in the field of finance & accounting with proven skills in the domain. He stays in-line with the sales to manage sales invoicing & other accounting & financial activities like providing back-office services such as accounts payable & receivable, cash flow management with financial planning including settlements, clearance, record maintenance, regulatory compliance, accounting & IT services. Ensuring the statutory audits Income tax & others TDS related compliance of the company with finalizing the annual books of accounting along with Company Balance Sheet and P & L A/c .

Ravi Tiwari

Delivery Head

With around 2 decades of experience in various industries like telecom, insurance, manufacturing, services, etc Ravi is heading the Oracle Practice at AWC Software. His domain expertise include Oracle, Fusion, Salesforce and Navision. Before joining AWC, Ravi was associated with Organizations like the Hero Group ,HCL, UFLEX, Religare, Wipro, Accel, EY, Espire and ATC. He has delivered large projects like PSA –Singapore , DHFL, Saudi Custom –KSA, NWC –Dubai, OLA –Netherland, etc.

Bhavneek Singh

HR Head

An astute HR professional with 13+ years of experience in the IT, e-Commerce and Telecom industries, Bhavneek has been with AWC since 2014 and is heading the HR Tower. Having completed his Master’s in Business Administration, he started his career with handling the RPO function at Ericsson and then worked with Eshopbox in the e-commerce industry before joining AWC. His expertise include Organizational Development, HR & Business Partnering, Employee Lifecycle Management, Succession Planning, Grievance Management, Payroll, etc. Bhavneek is a strong believer in ethics and believes that an Organization is the sum total of the values it inculcates within.

With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a post-graduate diploma in Rotodynamic Machines from Punjab Engineering College (Chandigarh) and 40+ years of techno-commercial business experience, Sunil has an impressive track record of working across industry sectors, enhancing and delivering on business strategies by enabling greater efficiencies through technology. Sunil started his career with Steel Authority of India Limited in Durgapur and subsequently held leadership roles at UEC-SAIL Information Technology Limited and Polaris Software Lab Limited. Most recently, Sunil has held c-suite roles, serving as CIO at Ester Industries and as CEO at COATEC India. Sunil currently consults with leading businesses to understand and enhance their people strategies with the aim of providing effective short and long-term technology talent solutions to help them achieve their digital transformation goals.

A seasoned IT sales professional with more than a decade of experience in selling solutions which can help the clients achieving their goals in terms of IT landscape, Mridul is known to be more than willing to put his skin in the game so that the “client becomes the partner. He had earlier worked at companies like Birlasoft India and has a strong background of sales and an equally strong experience in developing business relationship.
With a strong belief in “Client comes First”, his approach towards life is “Never Quit”.

Sumit Chauhan

Fusion Tech Lead

Sumit has over 19 years of experience as an Oracle consultant and has successfully delivered projects as Project Manager and Solution Architect. His expertise include Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS Implementation, Upgradation, Support, customization and enhancements. He has extensive knowledge on Discrete Manufacturing/Banking/Telecom domain in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Advance Supply Chain Management. Sumit has been associated with AWC since 2009 and is one of our oldest employee.

Manoj Maheshwari

Principal Consultant – Oracle Fusion

Manoj is working with AWC as an Oracle Fusion Specialist. Having done his B.Tech from UPTU, Manoj has around 14 years of experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud functional areas as a Sr. Consultant and Solution Architect, especially in Finance domain wherein he has worked with 20+ clients. Manoj has also worked as a Corporate Trainer. He has hands on experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, roll-outs, support and solution designing. Prior to joining AWC, Manoj was working as a Principal Consultant with PwC.

Mudit Maheshwari

Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud

Mudit is a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Certified Professional with over 8 years of experience in managing and implementing cloud solutions. Mudit has a proven track record of successful project delivery with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Motivated by his profound enthusiasm for technology, he helped the organization in establishing the delivery practice for Newgen product as a first resource and in delivering the projects by assisting the team directly and indirectly in the projects. Mudit has gained professional experience in renowned organizations such as PwC and Oracle.

Rameez Zafar

Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition

Rameez is an engineer who turned into the Technology Hiring Specialist and gained deep knowledge as an SME in the field of Tech Hiring. He is a Certified Recruitment Manager (CRM) & Certified Global Recruitment Analyst (CGRA). Rameez has completed his B.Tech in Information Technology from BIT and MBA from Narsee Monjee University. Having over a decade of experience in recruitment industry with exposure to hiring in multiple geographies like US, UK, Europe, Middle East Asia, Africa & Pan India, he has versatile experience in hiring for Fortune 500 clients. Rameez was previously associated with organisations like Tryfacta [US Based MNC], NLB Services and Spectrum Talent Management.
